  5. Returns. Our return policy allows for the return of products within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Custom orders and medications cannot be returned due to statutory rules governing medicines sales.

  6. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dalmuir Pharmacy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
